When saving a document to a network drive in Word 97 I get an error on the workstation stating “Check the Drive to make sure the Door is closed and it contains the correct disk or CD.”
I have tried the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article – Q167623
This did not resolve the problem. If anyone has a solution I would Greatly apreciate it.
