In ANY document on one users machine if i go into word, and open a document, go to VIEW, HEADERS AND FOOTERS, i get NO TOOL BAR on the screen, when i go into View-toolbars- customize, the box for the header and footer toolbar is blank, and if i click on it, NOTHING happens!
tried re-installing word, also tried moving a normal.dot from a working machine, both had NO effect! I’m having the user run a virus scan tonight…. and other ideas out there???????
