One client has a PC running 98 SE and Office 97. She is on an NT 4.0 network. She loaded APC PowerChute software and now she can’t open up Word if she is logged on to the network. If she signs off of the network her Word will operate with no problems. But when logged into the network the flash screen comes up and then immediately goes down. It shows in her task bar as being active and she had to right click and close it. She has reloaded Office and nothing has been repaired. – One strange note – Excel, Access, etc. work fine – It’s just Word that won’t open. Any suggestions from anyone on how to correct this problem?
