Word Attachments in Outlook 2003

I am having problem on one of the pc in my company….when an email is recieved having attachment of word document…when the user double clicks on attachment to open …then the attachment is opened fine but its automatically minimized or goes on the back…and the original outlook message comes up…and it takes abt 20 to 30 secs to load and then original message comes up….Please can someone help me figuring out what exactly the problem is?
