I have a user who is using windows 95 and office97. Everytime she opens up word it freezes the computer and you have to hard boot the PC. I have completly clean reinstalled the office97 and its still doing the same thing. I have also deleted the *.tmp files and the acl files and still the same result. Any ideas??? Thanks
