Word crashes with Blue screen of death

Windows XP SP2
MS Office XP

User opens Word template, edits it and attempts to Save As. Immediately, blue screen pops up with “INVALID_PROCESS_DETACH_CRASHES” error, XP dumps memory and reboots.
Same templates don’t cause similar problem on other PCs.
