Word Document Issue

I have a client who has created a word document. The document remains in spool mode when client opens document to print but client can print from right click option. I have re installed office and printer, driver etc no other client has this issue document may be corrupt as word seems to freeze when document is sent to print.This seems to be related only to this documnet and client.
Any Ideas to resolve this issue?
