WORD Document Resizes on Workstation

I have a user that is working on a WORD document using Office 2003. A second user, also using Office 2003, is to work on this document as well, however, when they open it, it resizes to approx. 75% and even prints out at the “wrong” size. My workstation has Office 2000 and the document opens and prints fine. I signed onto the other workstation as an Administrator and had the same results, so it appears to be a [WORD?] setting on the workstation. But why is it only this one particular document? HELP!!!
