A colleague would like to send email from word, upon clicking the email icon on the toolbar the appropriate screen appears with: –
To…
Cc…
etc.
However, when selecting the To… option only the personal Contact list is shown – not the Global Address Book, or another addressbook that I have set up.
When pressing the Send a Copy button, the Internet Connection Wizard also starts instead of just sending the email.
However, if I sign on as this user (roaming profiles) from my own machine I do not receive these problems, and the email is sent correctly.
I have checked that mapi32.dll is on the system folder of the machine in question.
Has anyobne got any ideas what may be causing this problem?
