I have a server running SBS 2003. All user documents are saved on this server. We are having an issue with some of the word documents on the server. Basically some of the word files are magically become blank. These are documents that had information in them and then just become blank? The only thing I could think of is that it is related to having a few different versions of Word throughout the network. xp/2002, 2003, and 2007. I have tried to track down and recreate the problem but it just seems to be so random. It does seem like the user who has 2002 notices the problem more often if not on almost every occurrence. He works with the files the most but when he notices the problem I will attempt to open it and it is blank on mine as well (I have 2003). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
