We have been having graphics disappear (and sometimes reappear too) while printing Word 97 (SR-2) documents from a Win95 (OSR2) computer (160 MB RAM, 300MHz PII) to a network printer. Mail merges with graphics on both sides of a page have the graphicon one side intermittently vanish. Avery labels with a Graphic in the corner lose the graphic part way through the print job. It has happened with merged and non-merged .docs, and 2 different network printers (HP4si, Canon iR600) have been involved. Canon printer has 64MB RAM (maxed out). Anyone know how to stop this from happening?
