I have 2 users running Office XP on Win XP Pro. When they try to open Word docs stored on the file server Word hangs for several minutes. I have upgraded to Office 2003, deleted normal.dot, deleted files from prefetch and tried to open Word from the command line /a. None of these make any difference. All other programmes work ok. Any ideas?
