Word has insufficient memory…..

The error message “Word has insufficient memory. You will not be able to undo this action once it is completed. Do you want to continue?”, when user try to download a .dot file from my company’s intranet.After that, word program start and error message pop as mentioned above. Is that related to “hidden bookmark” problem posted at microsoft site? Any ideas?
