word/outlook question

Steven Green, come get your points!

When you make an envelope or label in Word and you click the button to choose a contact's address from Outlook, it always puts "United States of America" as the last line of the address and omits the company name. Where can the defaults be changed for this? I'm using Word 97 and Outlook 98. THANKS

{<PR_GIVEN_NAME>} {<PR_SURNAME><ENTER>
}{<PR_COMPANY_NAME><ENTER>
}{<PR_STREET_ADDRESS><ENTER>
}{<PR_LOCALITY>}, {<PR_STATE_OR_PROVINCE>
}{<PR_POSTAL_CODE><ENTER>}

where <ENTER> indicates that you should press ENTER on your keyboard. Also, the brace characters ( { and } ) are typed from the keyboard and are not to be confused with field braces (CTRL+F9). When you use the braces with the address layout fields, if a field is blank when you import the address, Word automatically suppresses the blank line.

NOTE: The "AddressLayout" format is limited to a maximum of 12 fields from a PAB, Microsoft Schedule Plus for Windows, or Microsoft Outlook for Windows.
