I am having serious problems printing from word at the moment. We have 3 network printers(Canon IR2200) and when we anybody tries to print from an office application, the document keeps defaulting to the wrong tray.
When I go into file,page setup, the default tray is the plain paper tray and but this should be set to auto. No matter what I do I cant make this stick on auto.
Has anybody encountered a similar problem??
(office 2003 w/ either xp/w2k)
