Word Processor similar to MS Word

Hi all and first thanks for your help in advance.
Im looking for a word processor similar to MS Word, but I have a two requirements.
It needs to be small (I am on a really slow dial-up connection of 28.8kbs so nothing like OpenOffice.org etc.)
Features such as tables and spell check (somthing a bit more advanced than MS Wordpad)
Freeware would be good, but shareware or commercial is ok too, just as long as I can download at least a trial version to see if it fits my needs.
If it helps it will be for a single home PC running Win98.
