Originally, Word would use the first few words of a document as the default Save As title. Now it uses a fixed string which I have to change for each Save As. I can temporarily change this fixed default title for each document in File >> Properties >> Summary >> Title but each new document has that same fixed title. How do I make Word Save As title behave as it did “out of the box”.
