Word XP prints dingbat characters in the footer when a file is not saved, or when multiple pages are printed.
If a file is printed one page at a time, it appears (correctly) just as it does on the monitor, without the extra dingbats.
All the other programs print correctly.
The PC does not appear to have any other problems.
The PC is running NAV 2001 with updates.
What is this? The fix?
