Running WORD97 in NT4SP4 in P166 with 96MB. When I open a document, even if it is in local hard disk, it is very slow (more than 5 secs). When I check the processes, SPOOLSS.EXE usage jumps dramatically, and then dies down (although it might not be the cause slowing down WORD).
