Here is the setup: a LAN of 40 users running windows 98 (1st and 2nd edition); the servers are all NT 4.0, with exchange 5.5; everything is patched to the latest.
Scenario:
User A has an address book in WP8 legal edition (patched to SP7_I) thathe uses from Outlook 2000. In outlook, everytime he emails to an address that he pulls from the address book, the “sent items” folder keeps track of all the sent emails, but one cannot see who the email was addressed to.
In other words, the “To”field is blank. This occurs even if I create a new address book on the network (or in the local HD). This problem exists no matter where I put/create the address book.
Other users on the network are not having this problem, but only this user.I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall Outlook to no avail.
