Hi everyone;
I have a problem that’s driving me bonkers. Someone put a password on IE on a machine, to limit the sites that can be viewed. I tried every password I could think of, no luck. I tried manually uninstalling IE, re-installing windows environment and then the IE again… no luck. It came back with the prompt again. My guess is there’s something in the registry that the instructions from Microsoft’s web-site neglected to mention. It’s an older PC, so I don’t want to spend a fortune trying to fix this. Any ideas?
