We are bottlers and have bottling plants in mutiple cities.
ERP implemenation (SAP) is under process.
Our consultants are really working hard.
But when they say that whole Plant Structure will be based on three work-centers ONLY (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics).
I believe the word “Division” will be more appropriate than “work centre”
And Work centres would be the process-oriented entities, such as Picking, Mixing, Filling, Labeling, Packaging, Truck-loading etc
