Work in my processor

I want to open some program from another computer in my network, but i want to open this program on my computer processor and not on another computers processor.. How i can do it ?
Note: the operating systems WINDOWS 2000, and the processor is over 2 GB.

First of all, processors are rated in speed (Hhz) and memory is rated in quantities (Mb)

When you open a program situated on another computer using network, the program will run on your computer (using your proccesor), the other conmputer only needs to provide your computer the data. To "eliminate" this task on the other computer you could copy the program/file on your PC and run it afterwards, this way you only ask the remote PC to send you data only one time
