Workgroup or Corporate Email

Hopefully someone out there can help me with something. I work at a small organization (2 servers and about 15 workstations) and am very excited because I have been “elected” to take care of the computers and network at our organization. This is what I would love to do as my primary job, but just isn’t possible at this time. Due to the product we sell and the software we use for that, we are limited to Windows NT 4.0 or Windows 98 for our operating systems. We have one server (that is used onlyfor our business software) on a Unix platform, one server that is on NT 4.0, 8 workstations that are on NT, and 7 workstations that are on 98. I know very little about any networking basics, and nothing about setting up email for workgroups throughOutlook 98. On several of the machines, I have set up Internet Mail accounts.

My question is: how do you set up the workgroup mail and will I be able to set it up on the machines that are already running Internet Mail through Outlook 98?

I have tried to look through the Knowledge Database at Microsoft and I could not find anything to help with step by step instructions. If anyone can help, please let me know. I will appreciate any information that anyone is willing to provide. I do not have the option to take any certification courses because of expenses and would not be reimbursed by my employer. Again, if anyone out there can help me with any information, I will be truly grateful.
