I am an ITT student currently working on a lab project. Stumped. Hvae to design office LAN. Project consists of 3 Wings. A,B,C. A+B have 2 floors. Each with 8 offices and 2labs. labs have 8 stations offices have 2. Wing C has six admin and 4 stations each.One Internet room. Each room has own printer. Can only use either 10base2, 10baseT, or hybrid. Also have $5000cap for NIC, hubs and switches. Cost on stations, printers, cables, and outlets not included. Each wing is 200m long with a 160m atrium dividing them. Each wing must have own switch.Labs must have seperate feed from offices. I have work done already. If someone was willing to look I could fax or email. Will take suggestions though. Placement of hubs, switches, anything that would help. I’ve tried researching but so much information I’m confused.
