Hello all,
I work for a small college and unfortunatly they cannot afford to keep me employed full time. I don’t really have a desire to work part time, and there is nothing else that I can really do to make up the slack and be a full time employee.
It was sugguested that I could work on retainer, which I think is a wonderful idea, I have another job lined up that would allow this.
My problem is, I need to write up a proposal/contract of the services I’d offer. And that’s where I’m stuck.
Perhaps some of you that work on a contract/retainer could chime in and give me some ideas!
