Workstation Imaging w/ Sysprep

We are looking to image a computer running Windows 2000 w/ Sysprep, so each computer can be assigned a unique machine name, SID, and product license key. According to literature on Sysprep, the image has to be created by booting via floppy or CD (ifmachine is booted to Windows, the machine will run Sysprep program and assign SID which we do not want).

What is the best way to image the machine after booting from floppy or CD? We purchased PowerQuest Drive Image 2000, although I see no way to transfer image to network or local drive through boot up disk from the command prompt.
