workstation remote desktop connection

Hello, we have network of 40 XP_Pro with SP1 nodes. Each node’s remote desktop connection feature is diabled by default.

Now everytime when i need to work on the remote node thru remote desktop connection it needs to enable it by manually by visiting the desired node.

I have win2k Server ADS installed as well & wana automate the procedure of enabling the remote desktop connection automatically instead of manually.
