Would like to que mail for my client

I host my client’s domain name and would like to set up a secondary mx record and que all mail for them as a backup to their exchange server onto my exchange2k server. I would also be open to another mail server program but I want to que it for everyone in the domain without having to add all of their users, etc… Any ideas on this? Thank you.
