To hiring managers,
Would you hire me based on these qualifications? In what capacity and at what salary/experience level? Please offer tell me how I can improve my chances of being considered for a mid-level career opportunity.

Sorry mate the answer is no. Your resume if it reads anything like the above looks like a template from a job description flipped over ie they ask for someone who can 'Develop, maintain and support applications' so you use the wording in your resume 'DeveLOPED, maintAINED, and suppORTED applications'. You do not demonstrate originality and the ability to think for yourself. As I have stated in previous posts, certs and degrees mean nothing if you are confronted with something out of the ordinary. You have to be able to think outside the box in this industry. Either that or sit in the same position in the same company until you retire and never feel the exhilaration of haering users say 'How the **** did they do that'.

I am not sure if you wanted to evaluate your resume or seriously looking for job. In the latter case this is not the right forum to these kinds of things. There is ploethra of job hunting websites available, use them.
I can bet you will get more results than this.

And I perfectly agree with the earlier reply by Baal.
