wrong email attachment

wrong email attachment

Problems with email attachments – Outlook 2003 users reporting that attachment has correct file name but once received is actually a different file than intended! I’ve witnessed this first hand but can not duplicate the problem. Environment includes Exchange 2003, Maxcompression, and CommVault Data Archiver for Exchange.

Has anybody seen the same? Any ideas how to troubleshoot as can not duplicate?
