i had troubles with outlook and norton antivirus-email-protection. thats why i deleted outlook(via software) and then reinstalled with winme-cd. after that i could not reach anymore my swissgerman(switzerland-german language)-signs on the keyboard. i change the settings under countries, nothing changes. after the reinstall i had 049 and ger (germany-german)in config.sys(windows-command-ebd-config.sys)
because this did not change to 041 sg(swiss-german) i made this manually. nothing changes. norton systemworks2001 ran successfully nothing wrong except this.
