WSUS 3.0 for Workgroups, AD is not an option unfortunately

I am trying to figure out how to get my workgroup members ( win2k3 ) to get updates from a win2k3/IIS6.0/.NET WSUS 3.0 server. W/O group policies I have no idea how to accomplish this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
