WTF if wrong with my new computer

Well i just recently bought a new computer and finished installing all the parts, it was working great for about 1 week then i hear ticking noises coming from my hhd and then it breaks down. After that i wouldnt let windows load up so i reinstalled windows and it lasted about 2 dayz then it broke again what the hell is wrong anyone know?
