What’s up with my virtual memory?!
I keep getting low or no virtual memory errors on my 2000 Pro laptop (96MB RAM/4GB HD). My settings are the same as 2 other identical laptops that we installed 2000 on (188/288) but mine keeps indicating that there is only 20MB set for the paging file, no matter what I set it to. Thus I constantly get low virtual memory errors and slow performance. I installed SP2 but that wasn’t the fix. I searched all over TechNet to no avail as well as TechRepublic.Any ideas?
