Anna777 that did not answer my question thanks anyway. I know it’s not a power issue, i’ve seen this before where the lptop monitor won’t show but everything seems to be working. It seems like a standard problem or mode in which the monitor dosen’trespond. If anyone knows why lots of laptop monitors stop showing pleas email me with with some function information that could shed some light on this common problem. this is a IBM Thinkpad X390 thanks.
