My buddy has an old HP omnibook xe3 and askd if i could upgrade it, i told him sure, he wants to put the maximum amount of ram it will take, ive tried looking on the HP support page and forum with no luck, some say 1gig is the max some say 256 or 512. His XE3 has these number on the bottom of the laptop f3775kt if that will help it didnt on the hp site, from what i gather it is an XE3-C (hp has a gc on their site with the same bios 1.63 so i assume they r one and the same) but no info on the serial number or the max allowd ram for his notebook. any help is appreciated.
