xerox printer on NT

By marc.barras@rousseaumetal ·
I have problems with our Xerox N24 printers.
We use Progress database and every time a user try to print a list, the job does'nt fit correctely in the page (losting some information in the left margin)All other printing job is ok (word, excell...) except for CAD applications. We ca'nt obtain an 1 for 1 scale with draws printing.
We use the latest drivers. This trouble does not exist on the windows 98 workstation.

Any suggestions?
Thanks!

When you say you are using the latest drivers does that mean for the printer, or the latest AutoCAD drivers for the printer for use in NT? Check autodesk.com for CAD specific drivers for NT...

We tried the latest drivers from autodesk but it does'nt solve the problem.
We have this trouble with Progress listing printing too and a software called UPS taht we use to track shipping we made.
Only this 3 software are not able to print correctly with xerox N24 printers.

This is an NT problem.
Solution: Win2K or route all of the print jobs through the Win98 workstation.
