XO login

I am currently trying to fix a windows xp machine. The Screen comes up to log in and you have to click on a name. This user does not remember any of the passwords, therefore I cannot login to the machine. Is there a way to override this and get into the desktop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe theres a program to show you the passwords then they can change them or anything to that effect?
