XP activation file

By colinegriffin ·
Some months ago WindowsXP Tips had the name of the file that is created whenever we activate windows XP. Unfortunately I lost the email with this file name. Could someone please let me have the name? Also, what is the name of the file for Office XP, if one exists? Thanks

Thanks for your comments. When you enter the activation key or via the internet a file is created. Its a binary file, I think. As I said, it was discussed in a previous e-magazine.
