XP and dial-up passwords

Some wiz kid got on my computer and changed the password on my dial-up connection. I’m running XP and no matter what I do the unknown password comes back. It’s about 20 charactors long and I don’t know what it is. I’ve tried to restore it to an earlier time but…….HELP thanks, Trish
