XP and Outlook

My MD has just bought a new machine with XP Pro and Office XP Pro pre-installed. He has successfully created his own profile at XP log-on and a new e-mail account in Outlook.

Here is the problem. He wants to set up another profile for his wife, together with her unique e-mail account. The log-on is good but the e-mail account will not work. I have no hands-on experience with XP ( I look after a completely NT shop ) and can’t get my hands on the problem machine, anyway – it’s 200 miles away.

Is there a trick to configuring multiple e-mail accounts – in Outlook – within XP?
