We have several customers upgrade there machines to XP home edition. But the fluke is that they can get on for maybe a day then it shuts them down. We use DHCP in the TCP/IP. The customer is pulling a 169 IP. With reparing the connection and then reinstalling the TCP/IP. Is there some fluke with the Xp home edition that is stopping the DHCP?
