xp auto program loading different user

Hi. On my Win XP OS machine, I am logged in as administrator and my niece has her own login as a user.
My computer loads a few programs in the background during boot up such as Nero’s InCD, Plextor Manager, and the like.
I want these background programs to load only when I am logged in; I do not want these programs running in the background when other users logs in.
How do I do this?
