XP Boot Problem on POST

In Bios, my drives are not being detected. I have tried booting with each individual one. My two SATA Hardrives aren’t showing up plus my ATA DVD and CD drives. So I cant boot with a CD. I have tried to read as many similar problems on this forum but non have helped so far. Help would be greatly appreciated…
