XP — Can not logon to the network

For some reason I am not able to logon/connect to the network. Other users do not this problem, I am the only one who has XP machine. The nic is good, I even removed and reinstalled the driver for it and I disabled the firewall or security feaure ofthe XP. Cabling is in good shape. I think some kind of built in security feature is causing the problem. SP1 is insalled but did not help…. Please help
