XP Client to join an win2000 domain

How do I get an XP workstation to join a Win2000 server on active directory. I have set up the user account on the server.

On XP station (home version)

Then I have added both internal DNS and external DNS server and gateway info in the TCP properties, I have then added the domain name in the system workgroup properties cause I can not find anywhere to specify log on to a domain!! HELP
