Some time back I remember reading about a way to back up a file or registry key that would, when merged or imported to a fresh installation, would in effect negate the need to re-validate the copy of XP. I have rebuilt and re-installed my copy of XP more then 5x over the past 4 or 5 years. can anyone help?
