XP hangs when SCISI enabled in BIOS

Friends:
I have an Abit TH7 ii Raid board, everything worked fine had a glich now XP hangs at the start screen when mass storage controller enabled in BIOS when not enabled XP boots fine and everything runs great except for the two drives on the controller.
Help
