XP Hibernate Problem
Everything else works fine, but it just won't hibernate, eveytime it comes up with 'Prepaing To Hibernate' then the screen goes blank and just stays like that.
I've tried looking all over the web to no avail, i've checked all the BIOS settings i could think of, i've checked the motherboard CD, i've even tried with numerous fresh installs with primary and logical partitions and with NTFS and FAT 32 and its still the same every time. I don't know if its anything to do with the power settings, on my old system in the power settings there was a tab for APM, i presume my new system doesn't have that cos its ACPI but i don't know if there should be an ACPI tab, so if any one has any ideas i'm open to suggestion.
Cheers, Iain
